Ethos: personal credibility, elements or ethics that makes you think you can trust
Pathos: passion
LOGOS: logic of the argument

What I think what MLK uses is allertation which could be an example of Pathos because the word he decided to use it shows all the passion he has towards the people.

gatsby is a great person all he really wanted in his life was the girl he was trying so hard to impress his whole life but he did not deserve to die like that. nick is not really honest with himself also with the people he hangs around with re very dishonest people. It seems like he is a lonely person just trying to fit in. What it seems like to me that tom and daisy were just meant to be a couple that was made to ruin other people's lives and having no mercy about the things they do. This way they site up gatsby and he died for something he didn't even do. What it seems to me about daisy is that she know everything that tom was doing but she did not want to leave for a better person that would value her. I would not let nobody that I know go through this because it's not right for no one to make feels this way.  it could possibly mean that nick is going to compete for all of the gatsby dreams because basically, he has nothing really else to do in his life.
